President Donald Trump has a message for Democrats who refuse to support his agenda: I don’t need their votes.
In a tweet Friday, Trump made the case that Democratic leaders are “wasting time” in “rhetoric about voter fraud.”
“Voter fraud is a myth.
VOTER FRAUD IS NOT A THING,” Trump wrote in a tweet.
“We will NEVER allow it.
If Dems want to be dishonest, go to Wisconsin.
It is very simple.”
Wisconsin has seen the highest percentage of registered voters who are non-citizens since the 2020 census.
The president’s comments come amid growing public concern over voter fraud.
In addition to Trump’s tweet, several states are holding voter registration drives to get more voters registered to vote.
The efforts are designed to help the Trump administration reach the 270 electoral votes needed to win the presidency.
